Efficacy and safety evaluation of qianglidingxuan capsule combined with betahistine in patients with Meniere's disease

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of qianglidingxuan capsule combined with betahistine in patients with Meniere's disease,and to observe its efficacy and safety.Methods 80 patients with Meniere's disease from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the subjects,80 patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was treated with betahistine,and the observation group was treated with qianglidingxuan capsule combined with betahistine.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rates of the two groups were compared.Results After different treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(p＜0.05);The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of qianglidingxuan capsule and betahistine can alleviate the nausea and dizziness of patients with Meniere's disease,and the combined treatment of drugs does not lead to adverse reactions,which has good clinical application value.
