Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of intravenous gadolinium MRI on suspected Meniere's disease. Methods Fifty-five cases of suspected Meniere patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were all diagnosed by intravenous gadolinium gadolinium MRI,and the diagnostic application effect of inner ear gadolinium contrast MRI was evaluated with reference to the comprehensive diagnosis results..Results The sensitivity and specificity of inner ear gadolinium MRI in the diagnosis of Meniere's disease were 97.05%and 87.50%,respectively,and the diagnostic accuracy(95.23%)had little difference with comprehensive diagnosis, compared with(X2=2.048,P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy rate of MRI in the diagnosis of Meniere's disease by intravenous gadolinium angiography is high, which can provide effective imaging data reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and actively promote the early detection, early diagnosis and early intervention of the disease, which is worthy of further promotion to in clinical diagnostic applications.
