Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical application of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of nasal bone fractures and guided closed reduction. Methods The subjects of the study were selected patients who were diagnosed as nasal bone fractures in the department of our hospital in recent years, and a total of 80 cases were divided into groups. The control group was treated with high-resolution CT examination and routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis and ultrasound reduction. Results The sensitivity and specificity of the examination results in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the guided closed reduction effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of nasal bone fractures can not only improve the accuracy of diagnosis, but also improve the effect of closed reduction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
