Observation of the effect of local application of glucocorticoid in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps after nasal endoscopy

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of topical glucocorticoid therapy in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps after nasal endoscopy.Methods:This medical study is based on chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps.There are 90 patients who volunteered to participate in the study.The study period is from March 2020 to March 2022.The selected patients are randomly divided into two independent group units,the control group.Number of patients∶the number of patients in the observation group=45∶45,the control group was given the nasal endoscopy program,and the observation group was given the nasal endoscopy combined with glucocorticoid program.Contrast effect.Results:The observation group and the control group were compared in nasal ventilation function,nasal mucociliary clearance function,treatment effect,complications and other indicators after treatment,and the results showed that the former was better(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps,nasal endoscopy combined with topical glucocorticoid therapy can improve nasal ventilation and nasal mucociliary function.
