Clinical health care methods and effects of the pregnant women with ear,nose,and throat disease

Abstract:ObjectiveAnalysis of the clinical care methods and effects of the pregnant women with ear,nose,and throat disease.MethodsMethods 100 cases of ear nose and throat disease in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2014 were selected as the research object. These patients were divided into routine care group(n=40)and integrated care group(n=40)two groups based on random number table,the routine care group were given routine care,while the integrat-ed care group were given comprehensive care,including psy-chological care,treatment care and life care,then the effect after treatment,care and satisfaction of two groups were statis-tically analyzed.ResultsIn the integrated group,18 cases of patients were markedly effective,24 cases effective,the total treatment and care effective rate was 84.0%(42/50);In the routine care group,12 cases were markedly effective,20 cases effective,the total treatment and care effective rate was 64.0%(32/50). The total treatment and care effective rate of the integrated care group was significantly higher than the rou-tine care group(P<0.05);In the integrated care group, 29 cases were very satisfied,17 cases generally satisfied,the overall care satisfaction was 92.0%(46/50);In the routine care group,22 cases were very satisfied,14 cases generally satisfied,the overall care satisfaction was 72.0%(36/40). The overall care satisfaction of the integrated care group was significantly higher than the routine care group(P<0.05). ConclusionThe pregnancy period of ear,nose,and throat disease pregnant patients with psychological nursing,treatment and nursing,living care,scientific,rational approach to care, nursing care effect is remarkable,nursing of patient satisfaction,it is worth strengthen clinical nursing care in the application of period of ear,nose and throat disease pregnant women with pregnancy.
