Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of dynamic enhanced 3.0TMRI scanning in the diagnosis and staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods From January 2016 to June 2015,120 patients with nasopharyn-geal carcinoma in our hospital were studied. CT and MRI examinations were performed in all patients. The value of CT and MRI in detecting the local/regional lesion range and staging the TMN was compared. Results The display ef-fect of MRI Dynamic Enhanced Scanning in the oropharynx and nasal cavity, the gap in front of the styloid process, retropharyngeal lymph node, paranasal sinuses and skull base, hypopharynx, temporal fossa, cervical vertebrate was superior to CT scanning. The differences between the two diagnosis method were significant(P<0.05). The proportion of MRI dynamic enhanced scan in staging T2, T3,T4 and N2 was significantly higher than that of CT scan, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the tradition-al CT scanning, the 3.0TMRI dynamic contrast enhanced scanning can diagnose the lesion site clearly, and improve the accuracy rate of TNM staging.
