Clinical observation of the effect of nasal endoscopic radio frequency thermal coagulation of posterior inferior nasal nerve and anterior ethmoid nerve in the treatment of alergic rhinitis

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of the treatment of allergic rhinitis with nasal endoscopic radio fre-quency thermal coagulation.Methods118 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,59 patients in the control group,who were taken routine nasal corticosteroids and oral antihistamines drugs,and 59 patients observed group who adopted nasal en-doscopic radiofrequency treatment of posterior inferior nasal nerve and anterior ethmoidal nerve. Their clinical therapeutic effect was compared.ResultsThe efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05). After treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that before treatment and the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of allergic rhinitis with nasal endoscopic radio frequency ther-mal coagulation to coagulate the posterior inferior nasal nerve and anterior ethmoid nerve can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,and it is worth to be popularized and applied.
