Influence of psychological nursing 0n Medical Therapy Effect in Paroxysmal Deafness Patients

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of psychological nursing on medical therapy in Paroxysmal Deafness Patients.MethodSixty patients with paroxysmal deafness were divided into two groups randomly. There are 30 patients in the control group,which has been treated with general medicine and ordinary nurse,while other 30 patients in the observation group were treated with general medicine, and psychological nursing intervention. We compared the improvement of two groups before and after intervention by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and medical therapy effect.ResultsAfter treatment,the patients of both groups all have improved their hearing. The total efficiency rate of the observation group was 93.3%,and 79.2% in the control group. .But compared with the patients in the control group,the patients in the observa-tion group had a significantly better effect(P<0.05). And psychological results in observation group was lower than con-trol group(P<0.05).ConclusionPsychological nursing intervention had great improvement on medical therapy effect in paroxysmal deafness patients.
