Perioperative safety management for 113 cases of children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom
Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the perioperative standardized safe treatment method of children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods By retrospective analysis of sleep snoring and mouth breathing which were the chief complaint of 113 children with OSAHS, preoperative and postoperative PSG monitoring,and sleep quality changes were compared before and after operation, statistical software was used for data analysis. And risk was assessed at the same time.ResultsThe preoperative and postoperative mean of AHI was(10.56±2.36)/h and (1.95±1.06)/h,respectively. The mean of LSaO2 was (87.9±1.66)% and(93.31±0.93)% preoperatively and postoperatively,respectively. There was a significant difference of AHI and LSaO2 before and after the operation. ConclusionChildren with OSAHS has a high risk of op-eration. And appropriate perioperative management can reduce and control the occurrence of complications effectively.
