Study on the clinical efficacy of sudden deafness dexamethasone Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate discuss dexameth-asone hyperbaric oxygen treatment of sudden deafness clinical results.Methods90 cases of sudden deafness patients were chosen from February 2014 to February 2015 as the research ob-ject admissions in our hospital,according to a random number ta-ble divided into observation group and control group,the control group were treated with dexamethasone observation group added hyperbaric oxygen and dexamethasone. Observe the situation and symptoms time after treatment,relapse cases,the incidence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy levels in two groups of patients before and after treatment of inflammatory cytokines. ResultsAfter treatment,the observation group symptom relief time,hearing the value of the recovery time,hospital stay (3.92±1.28,4.28±1.14,4.65±1.41)d were lower than the control group,the observation group the recurrence rate 2.22%(1/40)than the control group 13.33%(6/40),the clinical efficacy of 93.33%(42/45)was higher 77.78%(35/45), the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);two Patients with inflammatory cytokine 1L-1,1L-6 and TNF-αare decreased,the degree of decline in the observation group (112.28±15.37),(89.27±12.31),(177.22±26.13) pg/ml control group(121.13±18.34),(95.36±14.27), (188.29±25.94)pg/ml,the difference was statistically signif-icant(P<0.05).Conclusiondexamethasone hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with sudden deafness,safe,clinically significant effect,and relapse rate after treatment,it is worth promoting the use in clinical practice.
