Study on clinical application of balloon dilatation of eustachian tube

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of balloon dilatation of eustachian tube.Methods41cases of eustachian tube dysfunction(eustachian tube function of occlusion)patients,according to the principle of random distribution,and obtain the patient's informed consent,divid-ed into the control group(Eustachian tube catheter group, 20 cases were enrolled,patients were unilateral)and treat-ment group(Eustachian tube balloon dilation in the treatment group,21 cases were enrolled,patients were unilateral). ResultsThe postoperative complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed byχ2 test(P<0.05),and the dif-ference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant;the two groups were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.ConclusionEu-stachian tube balloon dilation operation is simple,good postoper-ative effect,light reaction,low recurrence rate,to clinical treat-ment of eustachian tube dysfunction(eustachian tube function of occlusion)provides a new method and it is worthy of clinical application.
