Abstract:In the development process of modern healthcare, the doctor-patient relationship is influenced by multiple factors such as economic logic, administrative power, and technological rationality, showing a certain degree of instrumentalization and alienation. The Marxist theory of communication provides a critical foundation for understanding and reconstructing doctor-patient relationships, and combined with the reconstruction dimension of Habermas' theory of communicative action,it helps to address the challenges currently faced by doctor-patient relationships. The study analyzes the alienation mechanism of doctor-patient relationship from ontology, media, ethics and other dimensions, proposes to draw on Habermas' principle of communicative rationality, integrate Chinese medical practice, and promote the return of doctor-patient relationship from"material relationship"to"human relationship"through institutional optimization, subject cultivation and cultural reconstruction, providing ethical basis for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship with Chinese characteristics.
