Abstract：Guided by the Yan'an Spirit,we will cultivate a talent culture within public hospitals that fosters a political culture of upholding Party leadership in talent management,an institutional culture of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts,a behavioral culture centered on people,and a political culture of self-reliance and hard work.This will drive hospitals to create a positive talent environment characterized by genuine appreciation for talent,wholehearted dedication to attracting talent,nurture them with care,deploy them effectively,and retain them with dedication.This will pioneer new frontiers in talent development,empower the hospital's high-quality growth,and provide robust talent support and intellectual backing for the successful implementation of the talent-driven hospital strategy and the hospital's leapfrog development.
