Abstract：Narrative medicine has profound application value in palliative care practice.Doctors with narrative ability can achieve harmony between doctors and patients in palliative care and help the dying end well.In the local palliative care practice services,the concept of"unity of nature and man"in our country's traditional culture has the same background as narrative medicine,which is reflected in two aspects:holistic thinking and the reconstruction of subject-object relationships.At the same time,the concept of"unity of nature and man"also gives a new narrative connotation to palliative care in the above two aspects,which is manifested in the"narrative of disease"to"narrative of life and death",from"individual narrative"to"ecological narrative";From"empathy"to"symbiosis",from"reflection"to"introspection".
