Abstract：Against the backdrop of the current humanistic development in public hospitals,this article explores the adoption of political guidance,policy direction,institutional regulation,and cultural influence to address bottlenecks in hospital governance,cadre management,talent development,and staffcare.The discussion is framed around the four principles of strictness,management,depth,and care,aiming to foster a humanistic environment in public hospitals that balances rigorous management with deep care,thereby promoting high-quality development in public hospitals.
