Combination and Practice of Medical School Campus Culture Construction and Medical Humanities Quality Cultivation

Abstract：This paper,through the analysis of the characteristics of the campus culture of medical students,combined with the needs of the ideological and political education of medical students,systematically probes into the necessity,correlation and practical path of the combination of medical humanities and campus culture construction.From the perspective of meeting the practical needs of medical humanities education and the long-term goal of medical students'career development,the importance of combining the two is explained.This paper analyzes the consistency of the two in the educational goal and the complementaryness of the educational content,which provides the theoretical basis for their combination.Three core practice paths are emphasized,namely,integrating the concept of medical humanities into the campus environment,themed activities,and the construction of clubs to create a nurturing atmosphere,and providing a practical platform through various campus cultural activities such as simulated diagnosis and treatment,free clinic services,and themed speeches,as well as innovating the forms and contents of activities and establishing a long-term incentive mechanism to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the activities,to effectively enhance the humanistic literacy and professional spirit of medical students,and provide strong support for the training of qualified young doctors in the new era.Universities need to continuously explore and improve relevant mechanisms to ensure the scientific and effective advancement of this work.
