Abstract：The construction of humanistic hospitals represents a new model for hospital development,which is guided by humanistic spirit,adheres to the principle of putting people first,strengthens humanistic management,and prioritizes patients'interests.The practice of narrative medicine achieves the deep integration of individualized diagnosis and treatment with humanistic care by listening to patients'stories and empathizing with their emotions.This article analyzes the exploration of a hospital in Huizhouin in aspects such as platform building,the cultivation of narrative skills among medical staff,clinical practice,and effectiveness evaluation,and summarizes its significant role in improving patients'quality of life,building harmonious doctor-patient relationships,and promoting hospital culture construction.At the same time,based on the"Consensus on the Construction of the Chinese Narrative Medicine System"and academic viewpoints in the field of narrative hospital management,it proposes strategies to address practical challenges and future development directions,providing practical references for the promotion of narrative medicine in domestic medical institutions.
