Abstract:Objective To explore the practical path of integrating narrative medicine with Chinese traditional culture and its role in hospital development.Methods Using the practices of a tertiary public hospital in Shenzhen as a sample,this study systematically analyzed its impacts on hospital culture,staff literacy,and doctor-patient relationships.Results The"narrative-culture"dual-empowerment model effectively reshaped the hospital's humanistic ecosystem,boosted hospital culture,enhanced staffliteracy,and bettered doctor-patient relationships.Conclusion This model offers a new paradigm for the medical sector's high-quality development and is highly significant for advancing the medical industry.
