Abstract:Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)is the core intervention for cardiac arrest, and standardized practice directly influences survival. This article explores the integration of humanistic care into CPR simulation training.Drawing on common technical complications, communication challenges, and advances in simulation-based education,we propose a training framework that combines humanistic elements in skill practice,high-fidelity emotional scenarios, and structured communication strategies.Literature review indicates that embedding humanistic care in CPR training improves empathy, enhances communication, and increases family satisfaction with the resuscitation process.Emphasizing humanistic care also enables medical teams to better explain risks and provide consistent communication when resuscitation fails. This study aims to offer practical guidance for advancing CPR simulation education and promoting more harmonious doctor-patient relationships.
