Abstract：In the current context where educational concepts are constantly innovating and society's demands for the quality of pharmaceutical talents are continuously rising,the outcome-oriented educational concept has brought new opportunities for the innovative development of integrating ideological and political education with humanistic education in the pharmaceutical major.This article reviews the current situation of integrating ideological and political education with humanistic education in the pharmacy major,identifies and locates the existing problems,such as the rigid education model,insufficient attention,and the lack of professionalism in the teaching staff.Based on the outcome-oriented education concept,this paper explores innovative practical strategies from multiple dimensions such as the construction of the education system,the improvement of teachers'capabilities,the strengthening of students'autonomous learning and practice,and the creation of a good educational environment,hoping to cultivate compound talents who are proficient in pharmaceutical professional knowledge,possess noble ideological and political qualities,and have profound humanistic spirit.It provides strong talent support for the stable development of the pharmaceutical industry and also offers useful references and lessons for the reform of related educational fields.
