Abstract：The organic integration of Red Medical Spirit into the integrity culture education in medical schools is a crucial approach to cultivating high-quality medical talents with both moral integrity and professional competence.Incorporating Red Medical Spirit into integrity culture education holds significant importance in inspiring its contemporary value,innovating the content of integrity education,and strengthening the political beliefs of medical students.Red Medical Spirit and integrity culture education share inherent logical consistency in terms of knowledge content,political education,educational objectives,target groups,and educational challenges,enabling their organic integration.By systematically analyzing the formation logic,profound connotation,and contemporary value of Red Medical Spirit,and leveraging the coordinated efforts of the"first classroom","second classroom",and"third classroom",Red Medical Spirit is organically integrated into the integrity culture education system in medical schools.This promotes the internalization and externalization of these values among medical students,driving their comprehensive development.
