Abstract：As an important part of the red culture,Red Medical Spirit embodies the unity of dialectical materialism and historical materialism in its generative logic.From the perspective of dialectical materialism,the red doctors respect the objective laws while exerting their own subjective initiative in medical practice;at the epistemological level,Red Medical Spirit originates from revolutionary practice,and the practice promotes its development and serves the revolutionary practice as the purpose;from the perspective of material dialectics,Red Medical Spirit reflects the refinement of medical knowledge and technology,the innovation of the discourse system,and the change of the health care system;and from the perspective of material history,Red Medical Spirit manifests the historical subject position of the people,which is the basis for the work of the people,service to the people,and dependence on the people.
