Abstract:Aiming at the moral education dilemmas such as the vague professional identity and weak sense of social responsibility of medical students, this study, based on the social identity theory, sorts out the existing problems through literature analysis and constructs optimization strategies from the dimensions of professional identity, professional ethics, and sense of social responsibility.Four optimization paths are proposed:improving the construction of educational subjects and building a multi-dimensional resource network;innovating teaching methods and developing a contextualized curriculum system;strengthening practical supervision and establishing the whole-process medical ethics practice;creating a positive environment and building a collaborative medical education platform. The social identity theory provides a complete logical chain for the moral education of medical students.Through the systematic design of"education-practice-institutional guarantee",it helps medical students establish a deep connection among their professional roles, ethical norms, and social expectations, effectively enhancing the effectiveness of moral education and providing theoretical and practical references for cultivating medical talents with both"morality and skills".
