Abstract：Professional belief education is a key part of medical talent cultivation.This paper analyzed the current situation of medical students'professional belief education,explored the compatibility and integration value of the"Red Doctor's Spirit"in medical education.Taking Sichuan University West China School of Medicine as an example,the current paper summarized the implementation paths and achievements of the Red doctors'spirit in medical students'professional belief education through five aspects:faculty development,curriculum-based ideological education and political courses,extracurricular activities,volunteer services and social practice,and comprehensive quality evaluation.The purpose is to provide effective approaches to comprehensively strengthen medical students'professional belief education.
