Abstract:As an important tool in the medical field, nuclear medicine technologies not only enhance diagnostic and therapeutic level but also pose unique occupational health challenges. In China, hospital nuclear medicine departments confront the multiple pressure of excessive clinical workloads and radiation protection demands.Radiological workers face significant occupational health burdens, which give rise to non-negligible physical and psychological stress, and may even lead to occupational burnout when such stress accumulates over time.Given the unique risks associated with this occupational group,it is necessary to establish a multi-dimensional occupational health protection system from the perspectives of safety protection, psychological intervention and humanistic care, and effectively protect the occupational safety and health of radiological workers.
