Abstract：The digital transformation of age-friendly hospitals extends beyond the mere optimization of medical procedures and the routine upgrading of infrastructure.It represents a systematic response to the pain points and challenges encountered by elderly patients,aiming to address their diverse and personalized healthcare needs through an integration of technological innovation and humanistic care.Based on a survey conducted in H City,this paper examines the current status and key challenges faced by age-friendly hospitals within the context of digital reform.It further proposes targeted strategies,including the optimization of healthcare service processes for older adults,the enhancement of age-friendly environments,the strengthening of geriatric workforce development,and the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system for age-friendly hospital development,with the aim of providing practical guidance for their future high-quality advancement.
