Narrative Nursing in Patients with Acute Multi-coronary Arteries Occlusion Combined with Ventricular Aneurysm

Abstract:The application of narrative nursing enriches the practical path of medical humanistic care,and is expected to improve the separation of scientific and humanistic spirit in medical care,achieving the coexistence of instrumental rationality and humanistic value in medicine.This article is a narrative nursing and reflection on a patient with acute multi-coronary arteries occlusion combined with ventricular aneurysm and emotional disorders.In response to the emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression that the patient experiences,narrative nursing techniques such as externalization,deconstruction,rewriting,and reshaping dialogue are used on the basis of routine treatment and nursing in cardiology department to help patients improve their anxiety,depression,and mental state.The patient actively cooperates with treatment and nursing,and ultimately recovers and returns to social life.
