Abstract:Under the dual pressures of contemporary social transformation and technological alienation, mental health issues among college students have become widespread,long-lasting,phased,and concealed.Traditional psychological counseling models face limitations such as passive response and the reinforcement of stigma.Whether there is a way to improve the mental health quality of teachers and students without relying on professional psychological therapists in colleges and universities becomes particularly critical and important. This paper, based on the theory of narrative medicine, proposes to establish a teacher-student narrative community and build a campus narrative ecosystem to empower a full-cycle mental health support system. This approach aims to transform the educational environment into a narrative space for life growth and achieve a paradigm shift in mental health support from crisis intervention to developmental empowerment.
