Abstract:Technological progress drives profound changes in the medical model, and traditional medicine faces severe challenges in integrating with the modern medical system due to insufficient theoretical inheritance and innovation, lack of clinical standardization mechanisms, and limited international promotion. As an important component of human medical civilization, traditional medicine urgently needs to break through its limitations, and the rapid development of technologies such as gene editing, artificial intelligence, and telemedicine provides historical opportunities for its transformation. This study is based on literature analysis of the development of traditional medicine, combined with innovative cases, systematically analyzes policy texts, and constructs an evidence-based evaluation model, aiming to reveal the core contradictions and feasible paths of the modernization transformation of traditional medicine.Research has found that traditional medicine can achieve theoretical, clinical, and international collaborative breakthroughs through the dual drive of technology empowerment and standard reconstruction.Research has confirmed that the deep integration of traditional medicine and modern technology can not only effectively compensate for the shortcomings of theoretical inheritance and insufficient evidence of therapeutic effects, but also provide unique solutions for addressing global health challenges such as chronic disease prevention and control, unequal medical resources, and ultimately achieve strategic upgrading from cultural resources to scientific assets, providing indispensable Eastern wisdom for global health governance by reshaping the international medical discourse system.
