Party Construction Leads the Practice of the Construction of"Kindness and Love"Culture in Public Hospitals

Abstract：Kindness and love are a kind of ability,and they are also the most basic qualities of a healer.Hospitals need to build a culture of"kindness and love".Based on the current situation of public hospitals in Shanghai,this paper explores the construction of a"kindness and love"cultural system for public hospitals by condensing different"kindness and love"measures,and from the perspectives of"high-level"benevolence cultural concept,"strong"benevolence service mechanism,"broad"benevolence culture carrier,and"warm"social benevolence atmosphere.The long-term effect and normalization of the management system and operation mechanism of the system were further discussed,and new ways and ideas were put forward to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
