Abstract：Improving the quality of Party construction is an inevitable requirement for adhering to and strengthening the Party's overall leadership over public hospitals and promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.In the face of the current practical problems of Party construction in public hospitals,such as lack of innovation in work,"two skins"between Party construction and business,and weak construction of Party construction team.Relying on the theory of"three factors"of traditional Chinese medicine,Nanning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has built a new model for improving the quality of Party construction in public hospitals from the three dimensions of time,local and person,and ensured the high-quality development of various undertakings of the hospital with high-quality Party construction.
