Abstract：Deepening the innovation of grassroots Party construction work ideas and models in public hospitals is of great significance for improving hospital service quality and promoting high-quality development of hospitals.At present,there are many problems in the grassroots Party construction work of public hospitals,such as"emphasizing business over Party affairs","emphasizing form over effectiveness","emphasizing assessment over results",which affect the quality of Party construction and restrict the development of hospitals.In response to the current problems,the project team combined with the actual situation of the hospital to carry out Party construction work by building a Party construction grid management framework,establishing Party construction system norms and standards,building the brand influence of Party construction projects,and forming a Party construction evaluation feedback mechanism.Significant results have been achieved,providing relevant experience and reference for the high-quality development of grassroots public hospitals.
