Abstract：This study takes Huizhou Third People's Hospital as the research subject and explores pathways for the return of public hospitals'public welfare attributes from the perspective of medical humanities.By analyzing the hospital's experiences and practices in management—including strengthening humanistic care,optimizing medical service processes,organizing public welfare activities,and promoting the"family culture"philosophy—the study summarizes exemplary management strategies for restoring public welfare attributes that other public hospitals can learn from.These insights aim to enhance public hospitals'ability to fulfill their social responsibilities and provide high-quality healthcare services to the public.
