Abstract:Zunsheng Bajian is a work on health care in the Ming Dynasty,which contains rich aesthetic values and connotations of health care,and is permeated by the author Gao Lian's attitude of"leisure to nourish one's character","playing with things to maintain good health",and the pursuit of"unity of form and spirit"and"unity of matter and self".This article focuses on the elaboration of incense in Zunsheng Bajian,and based on data mining,in-depth investigation of the law of medication and health care ideas,to experience and summarize the"perfumed herbal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine from the same source,the form and spirit of the common nourishment"and other ways of health care,and to think about the significance of the dissemination of the traditional culture of the Chinese medicine incense in the book in terms of cultural inheritance and art appreciation,health care and the application of the promotion of the realities of incense culture.
