Abstract:Under the new situation and new requirements,this study aims to actively leverage the unique resource advantages of affiliated hospitals,taking university history,culture and figures of medical aid construction as the starting point.Through literature analysis,expert consultation,field research,in-depth interviews,case studies and other methods,this study aims to explore the integration of university history,culture and figures of medical aid construction into the"comprehensive ideological and political courses",enrich teaching methods like"hospitals working in tandem with universities under the leadership of Party building;two-way transformation of practice and knowledge;intelligent internship channels co-built by hospitals and universities,and address problems like"insufficient integration of assistance resources in education due to line management of medical education between universities and their affiliated hospitals","limited forms of integration of assistance resources in education due to a main focus on lectures during the whole process",and"lack of coordination among practice platforms built through assistance resources due to the far distance between universities and their affiliated hospitals".In this way,this research is of vital importance for shoring up Party building and political and ideological work in universities and their affiliated hospitals,empowering the future of medical education through innovation in moral education in universities,fostering excellent medical stafffor the Healthy China Initiative and"Double First-Class Initiative",and offering test cases for the project of educating the heart of students.
