Abstract：According to the professional field and work direction of the quality control centers,there are clinical quality control centers,medical technology quality control centers and management quality control centers.As an innovative concept,humanistic quality control is closely related to different dimensions such as clinic,medical technology and management.As the core concept and implementation mode of humanistic quality control,narrative medicine takes the focus of medical treatment from"patient"to"person"as the starting point of humanistic quality control.By actively cultivating the narrative thinking of clinical doctors and the narrative leadership thinking of hospital managers,it fully integrates evidence-based thinking/lean management thinking and narrative thinking/value symbiosis concepts in clinical and management practices,and constructs a multidimensional heartwarming and empowering narrative community relationship,truly bringing warmth to healthcare.
