Abstract：With the development of advanced medical technology,precision medicine as the main treatment method for cancer continues to advance,but the quality of life for advanced cancer patients still remains a serious issue.Palliative care,as a comprehensive care management model,aims to provide physical,psychological,social and spiritual support for terminally ill cancer patients to improve their quality of life.This article mainly explores the application of end-of-life care in the comprehensive management of end-stage cancer patients,including its definition,goals,implementation strategies and challenges faced.
