Abstract：The historical culture of a hospital is a spiritual culture that has been integrated and formed over the years of development,and has a subtle influence on all staff.It is an important component of hospital culture.This article combines the specific practice of inheriting and innovating the historical and cultural heritage of Zhengzhou People's Hospital,analyzes the ideas and methods of inheriting and innovating the hospital's historical and cultural heritage,elaborates on the practices and actions of medical staff in inheriting hospital culture,and explores the role of inheriting hospital historical and cultural heritage in the promotion of the healthy and sustainable development of hospitals,and in the formation and development of medical humanistic spirit among medical staff.
