Abstract:Marx's discourse on medical ethics originated from his concern for healthcare issues in capitalist society.Based on Marx's relevant records of healthcare workers, medical labor and other healthcare situations,it can be examined from three dimensions:generation logic, connotation and new era value. From the perspective of the integration of Marxist political economy and historical materialism, the basic framework of Marx's discourse on medical ethics can be divided into three parts:professional medical ability as premise, caring for people's health as core, and public welfare as principle.Marx's discourse on medical ethics not only provides scientific theoretical guidance for resolving the medical ethics issues for practitioners in the construction of China's healthcare services, but also has important value in promoting the high-quality development of the Healthy China Strategy, building high-level socialist healthcare services, and meeting the people's pursuit of a healthy life.
