Abstract:Objective To analyze the occurrence characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)to antineoplastic agents using Pareto method to identify key influencing factors, providing evidence for clinical safe medication. Methods A retrospective data analysis was adopted.A total of 271 reports of anti-tumor ADR submitted by Bozhou Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from January 2022 to May 2025 were collected. The Pareto method was used to statistically ana-lyze the patients'age, gender, administration route, drug type, involved system/organ,occurrence time and outcome of ADRs.Results Among the patients reported by ADRs,54.61%(148/271)were female and 45.39%(123/271)were male. The age group distribution was mainly 55~64 years old(31.37%,85/271),65~74 years old(29.52%,80/271),and 75~84 years old(18.08%,49/271).Intravenous infusion was the main route of administration(94.46%,256/271).The top three drugs causing ADRs were paclitaxel(28.41%,77/271),cisplatin(16.97%,46/271),and oxaliplatin(9.23%,25/271).Damage to the blood and hematopoietic system accounted for the highest proportion(68.63%,186/271),followed by gastrointestinal reactions(25.46%,69/271).ADR occurred mainly at 1~2 days,3~7 days,8~15 days and 16~30 days after medication, with a cumulative proportion of 78.97%(214/271).The proportion of physicians among the reported personnel was 96.31%(261/271).All ADRs improved or recovered after intervention. Conclusion Antineoplastic drug-related ADRs demonstrate distinct temporal patterns,drug-spe-cific risks, and age-related characteristics.Enhanced surveillance should be prioritized for high-risk populations, critical time periods, and specific medications, coupled with optimized multidisciplinary reporting mechanisms to improve medication safety.
