Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of ozagrel trometamol combined with alteplase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 84 ACI patients admitted to Yuancheng District People's Hospital of Heyuan City,Guangdong Province from May 2022 to April 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.Based on the different treatment meth-ods,patients receiving basic treatment combined with alteplase were assigned to the control group(n=42),while those receiving basic treatment combined with ozagrel trometamol and alteplase were assigned to the combination group(n=42).Patients in both the reference and combination groups received continuous treatment for two weeks. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, and levels of serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),homocysteine(Hcy),Barthel Index(BI)score, and Nation-al Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score before and after treatment were compared between the control group and the combination group. Results The effective rate in the combination group(95.24%,40/42)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.95%,34/42)(χ2=4.086,P=0.043).After treatment, the serum Lp-PLA2 and Hcy levels in the combination group((152.04±17.59)ng/mL,(12.79±2.91)μmol/L)were lower than those in the control group((183.01±19.20)ng/mL,(16.54±3.17)μmol/L),with statistically significant differences(t=7.708,5.648,both P<0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score of the combi-nation group((9.08±0.95)points)was lower than that of the control group((15.36±1.28)points),with a statistically significant difference(t=25.532,P<0.05),and the BI score of the combination group((67.19±6.86)points)was higher than that of the control group((50.78±5.10)points),with a statistically significant difference(t=12.441,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the combined group was 14.29%(6/42)and 21.43%(9/42),respectively,and the difference was not sta-tistically significant(χ2=0.730,P=0.393).Conclusion The combination of ozagrel trometamol and alteplase demonstrates favor-able clinical efficacy in the treatment of ACI,effectively reducing serum Lp-PLA2 and Hcy levels, improving patients'activities of daily living, promoting neurological function recovery, and exhibiting a good safety profile.
