Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the effects of risperidone combined with olanzapine on impulsive vio-lent behavior and prolactin(PRL)and macroprolactin(MPRL)levels of schizophrenic patients. Methods A total of 92 schizo-phrenic patients admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Wuhu, from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(treated with risperidone,n=46)and the combined group(treated with risperidone combined with olanzapine,n=46).The levels of inflammatory factors, endocrine hormones, cognitive function score(score of Chinese version of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale),aggressive violent behavior score(Overt Aggression Scale score)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)in the combined group was(5.98±0.58)pg/mL,higher than(5.26±0.65)pg/mL in the control group(t=5.606,P<0.05).The levels of IL-17 and TNF-α of the combined group were(30.28±5.12)ng/mL and(24.22±3.02)pg/mL,lower than(36.83±5.29)ng/mL and(29.29±3.17)pg/mL of the control group(t=6.034,7.854,both P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of PRL,MPRL,thyroxine and thyrotropin in the control group were(38.24±8.43)μg/L,(27.86±6.15)μg/L,(132.29±18.14)nmol/L and(5.39±0.73)mIU/L,higher than(29.86±7.59)μg/L,(21.23±5.86)μg/L,(115.28±17.92)nmol/L and(3.86±0.61)mIU/L in the combined group(t=5.010,5.293,4.524,10.908,all P<0.05).After treatment, the score of Chinese version of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale in the combined group was(79.40±5.13)points,higher than(68.28±6.13)points in the control group(t=9.435,P<0.05),and the score of Overt Aggression Scale score was(3.06±1.02)points,lower than(6.51±1.27)points in the control group(t=14.365,P<0.05).The total clinical ef-fective rate of the combined group was 95.65%(44/46),higher than 82.61%(38/46)of the control group(χ2=4.039,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.22%(7/46)in the combined group and 8.70%(4/46)in the control group, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=0.929,P=0.335).Conclusion The combination of risperidone and olanzapine demonstrates significant efficacy in treating patients with schizophrenia, which can effectively reduce inflamma-tory reaction, improve cognitive function and regulate their aggressive behavior. It does not increase adverse reactions and has minimal impact on the levels of endocrine hormones such as PRL and MPRL.
