The therapeutic effect of benazepril combined with Jianpi Bushen Huoxue decoction on the patinets with diabetic kidney disease

Abstract：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Bushen Huoxue decoction on diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods Eighty patients with DKD of spleen-kidney qi deficiency with blood stasis admitted to Cang-zhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and Western Medicine were selected as the research sub-jects and divided into the western medicine group(n=40)and the TCM group(n=40)using the random number table meth-od.The patients in the western medicine group were given benazepril hydrochloride tablets while those in the TCM group were given Jianpi Bushen Huoxue decoction.The therapeutic effect,thrombotic indicators,coagulation indexes,24-hour urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)and blood glucose indicators were determined and compared between the western medicine group and TCM group.Results The total effective rate in the TCM group was 75.00%(30/40),which was sig-nificantly higher than that of 52.50%(21/40)in the western medicine group(χ2=4.381,P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM group's thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT),plasmin antithrombin complex(PIC),fibrinogen(FIB),UAER,and glycat-ed hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels((5.27±0.77)ng·mL-1,(1.36±0.25)μg·mL-1,(3.49±0.51)g·L-1,(144.39±15.81)mg,(5.20±0.67)%,respectively)were lower than those in the western medicine group((8.29±1.15)ng·mL-1,(1.71±0.22)μg·mL-1,(4.81±0.65)g·L-1,(152.63±16.77)mg,(6.81±0.92)%),but its level of PT((15.52±1.86)s)was higher than that in the western medicine group((11.28±1.27)s)(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of safety events between the western medicine group and TCM group(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Bushen Huoxue decoction can significantly promote the therapeutic effect and effectively improve the levels of thrombus,blood coagulation,blood glucose,urinary protein and other indi-cators in patients with DKD of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis and delay the progression of DKD.Meanwhile,it is highly safety.
