Efficacy of Yixin Kangtai capsule combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium on treatment of coronary heart disease patients complicated with hypertension

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Yixin Kangtai capsule combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium on treatment of coronary heart disease patients complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 107 coronary heart disease patients complicated with hypertension who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from October 2022 to Septem-ber 2024 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the combination group with 54 cases and the single-drug group with 53 cases.The single-drug group was treated with sacubitril and valsartan sodium,and the combination group was treated with Yixin Kangtai capsule on the basis of the single-drug group.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,cardiac function index,vascular endothelial function index and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the treat-ment for 2 months.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 92.59% (50/54)after the treatment,higher than 77.36% (41/53)of the single-drug group(χ2=4.881,P=0.027).The systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the combination group were respectively(132.45±7.23)mm Hg(1 mm Hg≈0.133 kPa)and(81.36±4.56)mm Hg after the treatment,lower than(138.56±8.45)mm Hg and(85.23±5.12)mm Hg of the single-drug group(t=4.012,4.131,both P<0.05);the lleft ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular mass index of the combination group were respectively(50.12±3.12)mm and(122.36±8.57)g·m-2,lower than(53.21±3.56)mm and(128.45±9.34)g·m-2 of the single-drug group;the left ventricular ejection fraction of the combination group was(57.23±5.12)%,higher than(53.65±4.56)% of the single-drug group(t=4.777,3.515,3.817,all P<0.05).The NO level of the combi-nation group was(72.45±11.68)μmol·L-1,higher than(65.34±10.34)μmol·L-1 of the single-drug group.The levels of ET and VEGF of the combination group were respectively(45.46±8.23)mg·L-1 and(17.68±1.45)ng·L-1,lower than(54.37±9.56)mg·L-1 and(20.13±1.94)ng·L-1 of the single-drug group(t=3.332,5.170,7.409,all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 7.41% (4/54)in the combination group,11.32% (6/53)in the single-drug group,and there was no significant difference(χ2=0.483,P=0.487).Conclusion Yix-in Kangtai capsule combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension has significant efficacy,can effectively improve patients'blood pressure,cardiac function and vascular endothelial function,and has good safety.
