Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets combined with calcitriol on treatment of the non-dialysis dependent chronic kidney disease(NDD-CKD)patients complicated with hypertension and the impact on renal function and blood pressure. Methods A total of 122 patients with NDD-CKD who were complicated with hypertension and treated in the Pingyang Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University from January 2023 to January 2025 were recruited as the research sub-jects and randomly divided into two groups, with 61 patients in each group. The control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets, while the observation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets combined with calcitriol. The renal function indicators, blood pressure levels, calcium and phosphorus metabolism levels, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had lower serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels and higher estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)levels than the control group((142.75±25.32)μmol·L-1 vs(160.21±28.75)μmol·L-1,(11.86±2.54)mmol·L-1 vs(13.51±2.83)mmol·L-1,(58.34±9.10)mL·min-1·1.73 m-2 vs(52.59±8.57)mL·min-1·1.73 m-2)(t=-3.560,-3.389,3.593,all P<0.05);the observation group had a lower level of systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and pulse pressure than the control group((138.51±10.23)mm Hg vs(142.68±11.54)mm Hg,(82.23±7.19)mm Hg vs(87.51±7.80)mm Hg,(56.27±5.82)mm Hg vs(58.51±6.21)mm Hg)(t=-2.112,-3.887,-2.056,all P<0.05);the blood calcium level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group((2.38±0.12)mmol·L-1 vs(2.30±0.11)mmol·L-1),and the blood phosphorus level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group((1.48±0.18)mmol·L-1 vs(1.55±0.16)mmol·L-1)(t=3.838,-2.270,both P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(14.75% vs 18.03%,χ2=0.239,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets and calcitriol demonstrates significant efficacy in improving renal function of the NDD-CKD patients with hypertension, effectively regu-lating blood pressure and calcium-phosphorus metabolism levels, without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
