Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of low molecular weight heparin sodium and low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods A total of 120 children patients with HSP treated in 3201 Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into low-molecu-lar-weight heparin sodium treatment group(NA group)and low-molecular-weight heparin calcium treatment group(CA group)by us-ing the random number table method, with 60 in each group. The patients in the NA group received routine treatment+subcutaneous injection of low-molecular-weight heparin sodium and those in the CA group received routine treatment+subcutaneous injection of low-molecular-weight heparin calcium. The curative effects, symptom regression time, coagulation function,β2-microglobulin,urine albumin level and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically signif-icant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the CA group(96.67%)and the NA group(93.33%)(χ2=0.175,P>0.05).After treatment, the fading time of skin purpura and gastrointestinal reactions in children with allergic purpura in CA group was shorter than that in the NA group((1.02±0.45)d vs(2.46±1.33)d,(2.93±0.56)d vs(4.25±0.98)d)(t=7.944,9.059,both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in prothrombin time, thromboplastin time and platelet count between the two groups((17.98±4.02)s vs(17.02±3.37)s,(41.67±3.54)s vs(40.56±3.01)s,(190.98±51.76)×109·L-1 vs(192.87±51.45)×109·L-1)(t=1.418,1.850,-0.201,all P>0.05).The levels of β2-microglobulin and urinary albumin in the NA group were both higher than those in the CA group((12.98±1.89)μg·mL-1 vs(10.25±1.64)μg·mL-1,(0.41±0.08)μg·mL-1 vs(0.35±0.07)μg·mL-1),showing no significant difference(t=8.451,4.372,both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was not significantly different between the NA group and CA group(3.33%vs 1.67%)(χ2=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with allergic purpura, the application of low molecular hepa-rin calcium has a shorter fading time of skin purpura and gastrointestinal reactions and a better improvement effect on renal function than that of low molecular heparin sodium.
