Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of hebomib combined with atorvastatin and evolocumab in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and investigate its influence on blood lipid level. Methods A retrospective study was conduct-ed.A total of 160 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo Uni-versity from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment plan. The control group(n=80)received atorvastatin and evolocumab, and the observation group(n=80)received hebomib based on the regimen in the control group. After treatment for 4 weeks, the patients'blood lipid indexes, liver and kidney function and myocardial enzyme spectrum were compared between the two groups. The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were also observed. Results After treatment for 4 weeks, the total effective rate in the observation group was 80.00%(64/80),which was higher than that of 62.50%(50/80)in the control(χ2=5.980,P=0.014).The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and lipoprotein a in the observation group((3.01±0.47)mmol·L-1,(1.01±0.26)mmol·L-1,(1.08±0.24)mmol·L-1,(187.16±8.12)mg·L-1,respec-tively)were lower than those before treatment((4.53±0.41)mmol·L-1,(1.91±0.23)mmol·L-1,(3.81±0.45)mmol·L-1,(259.17±8.13)mg·L-1,respectively)(all P<0.05),and they were lower in the observation group than in the control. There was no significant difference in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),uric acid(UA)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the observation group((20.31±2.37)U·L-1,(9.01±1.66)U·L-1,(275.02±40.92)μmol·L-1,(19.18±4.11)U·L-1,respectively)were lower than those before treatment((55.48±2.66)U·L-1,(27.92±3.51)U·L-1,(361.12±37.91)μmol·L-1,(30.41±4.01)U·L-1,respectively)(all P<0.05),and they were lower in the observation group than in the control. There was no obvious difference in estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)and creatinine(Cr)between the two groups before and after treatment(all P>0.05).The total incidence of ad-verse reactions was 5.00%(4/80)in the observation group and 3.75%(3/80)in the control group, showing no significant difference between the two groups(χ2=0.451,P=0.502).Conclusion Atorvastatin and evolocumab combined with hebomib can enhance the lipid-lowering effect in patients with CHD,help to promote the recovery of heart, liver and kidney function, improve clinical efficacy, and has good safety.
