Application of cyclopofol in painless bronchoscopy using bidirectional telescopic tube connected laryngeal mask

Abstract：Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of cypofol in painless bronchoscopy using bidirectional telescopic tube connected laryngeal mask. Methods A total of 115 patients admitted to Xidian Group Hospital from January 2023 to De-cember 2023 for painless bronchoscopy using bidirectional tractable tube connected laryngeal hood were retrospectively selected as the research subjects. According to the use of different anesthesia drugs,they were divided into the study group (n=63) and control group (n=52). The patients in the study group were given cypofol while those in the control were given propofol to induce and main-tain anesthesia. The hemodynamics,time indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The mean pulse pressure (MAP) of the study group and the control group was (92.55±15.43) mm Hg and (86.55±13.31) mm Hg (1 mm Hg≈0.133 kPa). They were lower than those before anesthesia ((98.15±14.22) mm Hg and (98.55±14.32) mm Hg),the difference was statistically significant (t=2.118,4.426,both P<0.05). The MAP of the study group was higher than that of the control before surgery,the difference was statistically significant (t=2.207,P<0.05). During the surgery,the MAP was (99.44±11.37) mm Hg in the study group,which was higher than that of (95.37±8.33) mm Hg in the control group,showing sta-tistically significant difference (t=2.148,P<0.05). The incidence of injection pain before surgery and respiratory depression during surgery were 17.46％ (11/63) and 22.22％ (14/63) in the study group,and 44.23％ (23/52) and 46.15％ (24/52) in the control group,respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups (x2=9.804,7.374,both P<0.05). The microscopic examina-tion time,recovery time and orientation recovery time of the study group were (21.55±2.38) min,(10.49±2.57) min,(17.37±2.45) min,respectively. They were shorter than those in the control group ((23.47±3.46) min,(12.55±2.56) min and (18.92±2.16) min),demonstrating statistical significance (t=3.513,4.286,3.560,all P<0.05). Conclusion Cypofol is helpful to stabilize hemodynamics,shorten the time of examination and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in painless bronchoscopy using biaxial telescopic tube connected laryngeal mask. Meanwhile,it has good anesthetic effect.
