Efficacy of chlorcyclizine hydrochloride tablets combined with dianabed cream in improving eczema

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of chlorcyclizine hydrochloride tablets in combination with dieldrin cream in regulating serum aromatic hydrocarbon receptor and cytokine levels in improving the skin condition of eczema patients.Methods:Sixty-four patients with eczema who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected for this prospective study and divided into two groups of 32 each by random number table method.Group A was treated with chlorcyclizine hydrochloride tablets alone and group B was treated with combined use of dinaid cream on the basis of group A.The results of this study were as follows.Comparison of short-and long-term efficacy,clinical symptom scores,eczema area and severity indices,serum marker levels and occurrence of adverse reactions was carried out in both groups.Results:Patients in group B were significantly better than those in group A in terms of immediate and long-term efficacy(P<0.05),and there was a significant improvement in clinical symptom improvement,eczema area and severity scores(P<0.05).Analysis of serum markers showed that both groups improved after treatment,and the levels of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α and AhR were significantly lower in group B compared with group A(P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,the overall incidence of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of eczema with chlorcyclizine hydrochloride combined with dianabed cream can significantly improve clinical symptoms and biomarker levels,and is accompanied by a lower risk of adverse reactions.
