Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of different budesonide strategies in treatment of mycoplasma pneu-monia.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 105 cases of pediatric bronchitis in Huangshan Shoukang hospital was conducted. These 105 cases were divided into three groups based on differences in treatment methods.Among them, patients in group A(37 cases)were treated with azithromycin, those in group B(34 cases)were treated with azithromycin combined with budesonide once and those in group C(34 cases)were treated with azithromycin combined with budesonide twice. Then the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and lung function in the 105 patients were observed. Results:The efficacy was lower in group A(57.8%)than in group B and C(79.4%and 100.0%,respectively),and that in group B was lower than in group C(P<0.005).The time to cough relieving, fever reduction and disappearance rale were longer in group A(4.38±0.58)d,(4.43±0.48)d,(6.22±1.02)d,respectively)than in group B(3.95±0.42)d,(3.89±0.51)d,and(5.38±0.89)d)and group C((3.25±0.50)d,(3.30±0.45)d,(4.56±0.97)d),those were longer in group B than in group C and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The MEF 25%-75% in group A[1.20±0.35 L·s-1,1.81±0.52 L·s-1,and 1.33±0.28 L·s-1]was lower than that in group B((1.82±0.47)L·s-1,(2.45±0.54)L·s-1,and(3.12±0.64)L·s-1)and group C(2.39±0.50)L·s-1,(2.30±0.51)L·s-1,and(2.94±0.65)L·s-1),and that was lower in group B than in group C and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin combined with budesonide inhalation twice can effectively elevate the curative effect of mycoplasma pneumonia in children, improve clinical symptoms and lung function, accelerate the disappearance time of clinical symptoms. Therefore,it is worthy of further promotion.
